Vitaly Tikhonov in G.Graf
A special menu of Vitaly Tikhonov –the Chef Cook of the Le Bonaparte (Tallinn) Restaurant – will be tasted in G.Graf on December 3-10.
Vitaly Tikhonov is a young and creative Chef working in the field of high gastronomy for 12 years. He received training at famous restaurants with Michelin stars in Scandinavia:
- Maaemo Oslo (2 stars)
- Geranium Copenhagen (2 stars)
- Noma Copenhagen (2 stars)
Most of all Vitaly likes French and Scandinavian cuisine, he is a real master in mixing them! You have a chance to try his dishes, because in Moscow in the G.Graf Restaurant Vitaly will cook northern game “in the French manner” using authentic products only. Vitaly describes his tasting set as follows: “Northern tastes with a French accent”. As dish decorations, the Chef uses “forest elements” such as cones, pine needles, and even moss!
