G.GRAF Vineyard 'G.GRAFAGRICOLA', Italy

The G.GRAF Restaurant has the G.GRAF AGRICOLA winery in Italy. It is located in a picturesque area of Lazio, near Rome. The vineyard located between mountains covered by dense forests on one side and washed by the sea on the other side is marked by a unique mild climate. The winery uses grapes such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Wine produced by the winery is an assemblage of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. The G.GRAF wine is deep ruby red in color. Its rich saturated fragrance reveals the flavor of plums, spices, berry jam, cedar, menthol, and leather. Harmonious, all-sufficient, juicy wine is filled with notes of fruits and black berries. Bright and long aftertaste. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 24 months and before the sale it is additionally aged in bottles for 6 months.
